Google API Data Disclosure

Last updated: May 21, 2026

This page describes how CloudBridge Ads Console requests, uses, and protects data obtained through the Google Ads API.

API data scope

The application requests Google Ads API access to read and manage connected accounts, including customers, campaigns, budgets, ad groups, ads, keywords, recommendations, reporting metrics, and conversion upload resources.

Limited use statement

Google Ads API data is used only to provide the user-facing features shown in the console: campaign operations, reporting, recommendation review, credential testing, conversion upload, troubleshooting, and audit logging.

Sharing and sale

The application does not sell Google Ads API data. Data is not shared with unrelated third parties except hosting, security, or operational providers needed to run the application under confidentiality and security controls.

Retention and controls

Operational records are retained only as needed for account management, audit, debugging, and user support. OAuth access may be revoked by the user, and local deletion can be requested from the administrator.
